I have rented here for many years. Charlene is a fantastic person, She's helped me in many ways. She keeps this facility is super clean. The facility is easily accessed and has very reasonable rates. I feel very comfortable having my precious things stored here with the security measures they take to protect us. They also carry an abundance of items great for moving and storing. They give us a discount on boxes, tape, packing supplies and more just for renting with them.

More important than having *been* a customer for several years, is the fact that we *chose* to remain a customer. That is all due to how well the facility is maintained---thanks to the excellent management of the Middleboro site manager, Charlene. She makes sure this Storage Direct is always immaculate inside and out, well lit, and at a reasonable temperature. She is most accommodating and truly concerned about her clients and their possessions. We have never had a problem, and store there worry-free.

Great Place to store all your extra stuff. Super clean and heated building with a GREAT Helpful & friendly Staff. Easy access even if towing a trailer. Prices are VERY reasonable.

Storage Direct is the cleanest, nicest place for storage. The office staff is very helpful, (Charlene). I have used this place both times I had to move. Highly recommend!!!

Storage Direct is great!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. After my initial sign up, I had forgotten to give my ID and they gave me a $25 credit for the inconvenience of coming back in. Little touches like that really make the difference.

The Middleboro office made the rental process very easy! They explained what was on the various forms that needed to be filled out, and provided both the Cliff Notes and Full Disclosure versions of the contract. They ensured the code that was given to me worked properly, how to access the unit, and what was readily available to me for storing my items.

Great climate controlled units, fairly clean and easy to get to . The grounds are secure and interior and exterior are covered with survelanc cameras.people are friendly too.

I met someone here to buy some riding boots.this storage facility is a fairly large operation.they have drive up units and inside units that are climate control.they have elevators.the place seems to be new looking and is very clean.i didn't see any riff Raff hanging around.this storage seems very professional.

After the first couple months of renting a unit here, I checked the website for hours. I was interested in Sunday. Once I went there to fix paperwork only to find out that they were closed. I rechecked the site to see it said it was open on Sunday. So I called to ask if they were open on Sunday and what the hours were. She told me yes. So I again went there on Sunday to take care of an issue, only to find out they were closed and I was not allowed to access my unit! I was so angry that I called and left a message. Once they called me back the following day, I was told that they are closed on Sunday. So I again check the website to see that they never updated their website. Obviously they don't seem to care about their business. I will be looking to move out as my business with them isn't important. I pay too much to be treated this way! Renters beware
