In order to better protect your important items, we provide 24-hour video surveillance at all of our sites as well as employ on-site managers for added security at most locations.
Open 7 Days a Week:
For your convenience, all of our facilities are open 7 days a week with extended access hours beyond office hours. Please contact (link to locations page) any of our facilities directly to obtain their unique office and gate hours.
Indoor and Outdoor Units:
Our facilities offer indoor as well as drive-up units for added convenience.
Climate Controlled Units:
Climate controlled units, which are insulated and cooled, are perfect for individuals and business who wish to protect their belongings from potential damage caused by variances in temperature.
RV Parking:
RV Parking can be found at many Storage Direct locations. We offer covered and uncovered RV parking spaces to provide your vehicle with added protection against theft and the harmful effects of the elements.
Online Reservations:
We now offer our customers the ability to reserve their unit ahead of time to ensure that is available when they are ready to move. Follow this link and make your reservation today!
Postal Annex:
Many locations offer the convenience of handing your packing and shipping needs without ever having to leave our facility.
Online Payments:
At storage direct we believe in providing convenience for our customers. For this reason we now provide our tenants the ability to pay directly online via direct deposit or credit card. This service can virtually eliminate late fees while saving you a trip when paying your bill!
Moving Supplies:
All of our facilities offer boxing and packaging supplies to help you in your moving process. Visit our on-line store and ship boxes and moving supplies directly to your house or visit any of our local facilities to purchase them in person.
Insurance:
We recommend insurance for all of our tenants. The insurance we offer runs on a month-to-month basis and involves paying a small premium on top of your existing rent.
Electronic Gate:
As an added security feature, all of our properties are fenced and can only be accessed through an electronic gate that requires your unique tenant code.
Individually Alarmed Units:
Some of facilities are equipped with individually alarmed units to prevent break-ins and theft. Each unit has its own individual alarm, which is active until you enter your customized pin code at the facility. When entering the code to leave the facility, the individual alarm in your unit is once again armed and will sound if anyone tampers with your unit in any way.
