	Court-Appointed Receiver:
	Over the last 25 years Skip Elefante has acted as a court-appointed receiver for several self-storage facilities on behalf of banks and private loan firms. During this time he has proved his capacity to preserv the viability of the business while enforcing the court’s orders. As president and CEO of Platinum Storage Group, Skip has brought fresh management perspectives to distressed storage facilities and effectively implemented accounting and business practices that have benefited the facilities well beyond the receivership period. In most cases, Skip and the Platinum Storage Group have preserved and even increased the value of the underlying asset. Skip is a licensed broker and owner/operator in California and Nevada; he also acts as an owner and operator in Arizona, California, New Hampshire, Nevada, Massachusetts, Texas, and Virginia.
